It goes BOOM!

Ah yes, 4th of July has come and gone yet again. This year we ventured over to my friend Mindy's house and enjoyed a cook-out! Bella loved it because her friend Lili was there to play with...and boy did they make some noise! They pulled out most of the toys, played on the swingset and blew bubbles (tho Mindy was covered in bubbles thanks to my kid!) After the cook-out, we headed over to Red Hot & Blue to watch fireworks...or as Bella says, "It goes BOOM, mommy!" This was the first time we took Bella to see fireworks and I'd have to say she enjoyed it (thank goodness!). The only time she grabbed my hand a bit tighter was when the finale began. She also saw sparklers for the first time, which she did not get to hold (maybe next year...)
